Pre- order Policy
When placing a pre- order
Please check your order confirmation email carefully when ordering an item on pre- order. When an item is purchased on pre- order this means the item isn’t in stock yet but will be soon. The item will be sent out to you once we have received our stock shipment.
At the top of the product listing, there will be a notification stating if an item is a pre-order and it will specify an approximate delivery estimate. Please ensure to check this before placing an order.
Container delays
We have previously experienced delays on our containers due to port congestion both overseas and in our Brisbane port and then customs and DAFF holds on our containers. When this occurs, we can experience a 2-3 week delay. Unfortunately, this issue is out of our control, and we thank you for your patience and understanding. If a delay on our container occurs this means that your order won’t ship out as per previously advised and your expected delivery date will be changed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
